§1 General Provisions
  1. These Terms of Use define the rules for using the website available at https://vampire.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
  2. The owner and administrator of the Website is Centrum Transferu i Promocji Technologii spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Armii Krajowej 44, 40-698 Katowice, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000605209, NIP 6342853269, REGON 363113616 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

  4. These Terms of Use are made available free of charge on the Website and may be amended at any time.
§2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:
