§1 General Provisions

1. These Terms of Use define the rules for using the website available at https://vampire.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
2. The owner and administrator of the Website is Centrum Transferu i Promocji Technologii spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Armii Krajowej 44, 40-698 Katowice, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000605209, NIP 6342853269, REGON 363113616 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
3. Contact with the Administrator is possible via:

   • the contact form available on the Website, telephone or other contact details provided on the Website.
4. These Terms of Use are made available free of charge on the Website and may be amended at any time.

§2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

• User – any person using the Website.
• Website – the website available at ctipt.pl.
• Content – all materials published on the Website, including in particular texts, graphics, photographs, informational materials, logos, and contact details.

§3 Rules for Using the Website

• Use of the Website is free of charge and voluntary.
• The User undertakes to use the Website:
  • in compliance with applicable laws,
  • in a manner that does not infringe the rights of the Administrator or third parties,
  • in accordance with principles of social coexistence.

1. The Website is of an informational and promotional nature and is intended to present the Administrator’s activities, implemented projects, competencies, and contact information.

1. All Content published on the Website is the property of the Administrator or has been used under appropriate licenses.

§7 Liability

4. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
